Product availability and quantities may vary depending on harvest conditions and market supply. Product specifications are confirmed with the buyer before each commercial transaction.

Pricing & Quotations
All prices provided by ARIK AGRO are subject to product availability, market conditions, quantity, packaging, destination, logistics costs, and agreed commercial terms.
Quotations may be provided on an EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, or other mutually agreed Incoterms® basis, depending on the transaction.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are not considered final sales contracts and may be subject to confirmation.
Orders & Confirmation
Orders become commercially effective only after the product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery conditions, and other relevant details have been mutually agreed and confirmed by both parties.
For each shipment, the final commercial conditions may be documented through a quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, purchase order, or other mutually agreed documentation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are determined according to the buyer, transaction, destination, order volume, and commercial relationship.
Available payment methods and conditions may vary between transactions.
ARIK AGRO reserves the right to request advance payment, secured payment, or other agreed payment arrangements where appropriate.
Packing & Loading
Products are packed according to the agreed product specifications, packaging requirements, destination-market requirements, and transportation conditions.
Loading and dispatch arrangements are coordinated according to the agreed Incoterms® and logistics plan.
Transportation & Delivery
Transportation arrangements depend on the destination, product, season, and agreed delivery terms.
Estimated delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, harvest schedules, customs procedures, border controls, transportation conditions, port congestion, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The responsibilities of the seller and buyer regarding transportation, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and other costs are determined according to the agreed Incoterms® and sales terms.
Import Requirements
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the import requirements of the destination country.
Where applicable, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products and shipment comply with the import regulations, customs requirements, labeling requirements, and other applicable regulations of the destination market, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Claims & Quality Issues
Any claim concerning quantity, packaging, visible quality defects, or other shipment-related issues should be communicated to ARIK AGRO as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and supported by relevant documentation and evidence.
Claims may be reviewed based on the agreed product specifications, commercial documents, inspection records, photographs, and other relevant information.

Images and product descriptions displayed on our website are provided for general informational purposes.
As fresh agricultural products are naturally variable, actual products may differ slightly in appearance, size, color, or other characteristics from website images.
